Camp 2015 Story
Dear Witchlets community,
At our last Weaver meeting, four stories for this year were proposed:
Siddhartha’s Journey to Awakening
Siddhartha is the prince who went on to become the Buddha, this is the story of that journey,
A pagan, witchy children's story by Starhawk,
A reworking of the Sleeping Beauty story with a strong female lead, gorgeously written by Neil Gaiman.
A musical — made popular as a movie this year — bringing together several traditional European folk tales.

As you can see, all four of the stories we are considering represent a departure from the classic European myths we have worked with in recent years.
At our next meeting, on February 22, we will make final decision. We would love to hear feedback, thoughts, and input from you — the Witchlets community — about these stories! Please feel free to post comments here, or on the WITWoods yahoo group. You are also welcome to come to our meeting and participate in the discussion; however, the weavers will make the final decision.
